International Conference on Girls’ Education

Educators, researchers, advocates, authors, and practitioners from around the world gathered to share ideas about how best to prepare and empower girls to be ethical, globally minded changemakers who lead with courage, competence, and empathy.

 

Congratulations to Reverend Punam Bent and Kate Brown, Head of Junior School for their excellent presentations on the impact and influence of social media on senior school girls and the topic of kindness and the impact of student-led kindness initiatives on younger girls.

 

At the forum, the International Coalition of Girls’​ Schools was launched which amalgamates many national education bodies including the Alliance of Girls’​ Schools Australasia, where Dr Kate Hadwen serves on the Board.
